Mae Dina, eu?

"What I see of IC:

When I applied for IC (International Conference) my goal was to be part of the team that would deliver the best IC ever. And to start building my professional life. Now that I'm living this experience my goal is not the same anymore. Of course I still want to deliver the best IC, but I'm also taking this opportunnity to learn about myself and grow.

And I became so involved with my job, that when someone ask me what I see of IC, I think directly about the Alumni Congress. But not as a conference apart of IC. I imagine this very very old Alumni arriving on Thursday to be part of the Global Village. I imagine their scared faces remambering on how it was on their times and how far AIESEC went. I also can imagine their families finnaly understanding what 's the importance of AIESEC in their lifes.

The feeling that I have of imagining the first day with the Global Village and Opening Plenary is awsome. I'm sorry Jules but I can't think of many details, but as it was said before, the people are the ones that make the difference. So just to be in a place with 600, 700, 1000 people from different countries, Alumni from different generationsm it's amazing.

And specially when I think of the 3 days that 300 Alumni from all over the world will be there just to see old friends, re connect, it's when I realize the power that AIESEC has. Now, after a time working for this event I get it. People want to meet again, people want to re connect, people want to do network. I keep imagining myself 20 years from now having the chance to go to an event like this and revive this AIESEC buble and see old friends and do network.

So if you ask me what I see of IC, I would say that I see a 10 intense days experience for everyone. IC delegates, Alumni, CC (Congress Committee), partners, AI (AIESEC International), AIESEC in Brazil... Everyone of this people will get something special of this congress.

Some will learn with the challenges, some will discover fellings they never thought they had. Partners will discover the power of AIESEC. And I think most important, the CC will stop at the end and see all this happy faces, people crying, saying good bye, making planes to see each other again, partners enagaged with AIESEC, people doing network, and of course some people complaining about something. But at the end we will have done our job. We will have delivered what we promise for ourselfes and to AIESEC globally."

Como eu tinha dito no post anterior: My job is done! Mais do que isso, foi cumprido, assim como eu tinha previsto!
